Business Policies
WORKING HOURS //
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. Excluding holidays.*
CORRESPONDENCE //
All communications received will be returned within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays*.
HOLIDAYS //
In addition to all Federal US Holidays, business will be closed on Juneteenth (June 19th), Black Friday, & the final week of the year (December 24th through December 31st).
RUSH JOBS //
All projects that need to be completed with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% surcharge (50% for weekends). The project will be billed separately from your monthly package and payment is due before services are rendered.
SUB-CONTRACTORS //
On occasion, I may choose to include a sub-contractor from my team to provide you with quick and proper service. Sub-contractors must sign a non-disclosure & confidentiality agreement and are held to the same high standards I provide for my clients.
CONFIDENTIALITY //
Your privacy is SO important to me. All of your personal and business information will be handled respectfully and kept secure. You can review all confidentiality measures in our Standard Agreement.
BILLING //
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All invoices must be paid in accordance to the payment options outlined in the Standard Agreement. Outstanding invoices that exceed 7 calendar days are subject to a 15% late fee.
REFERRALS //
When you make a referral to Dominique Britt Collective that results in a signed contract, youβll receive a referral bonus amounting to $150 of the first monthβs invoice.
STRATEGY SESSION CANCELLATIONS //
If you need to cancel or reschedule your strategy sessions, a 24 hour notice is required. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or miss our call, you forfeit your free call and are subject to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to reschedule.
